Summer Sports Performance Camp

This summer, Pure Hart is partnering with Passion Performance Boston to offer Sports Performance Training for all kids entering grades 5 thru 9. This program is designed to help athletes build confidence and prevent injury through increased speed, strength, reaction and endurance.  We’ll be offering two 60 minute sessions per week, dates and details are below. Sessions are designed to guide athletes towards advancing in all areas that are essential to strong performance on the court. Get ready for Fall sports and join us this summer!

When: June 19th to August 14th, 2 sessions a week

Where: Home Grown Lacrosse

Who: Boys and Girls entering grades 5th thru 9th
